The playbook


We analyzed emerging conversations across the enterprise technology ecosystem and identified a growing appetite for guidance on platform engineering. Together with WeScale’s leadership team, we defined a new narrative built around Platform Engineering as the next evolution of enterprise delivery. To bring that story to life, we selected PlatformCon as the strategic brand asset to align with and amplify.

We crafted a dedicated Live Day Paris event format, bringing PlatformCon to France. The event drew more than 500 practitioners, with speakers like Kelsey Hightower and Gregor Hohpe.
The format established WeScale as the leading voice for platform engineering in France, positioning their experts at the center of the conversation.

After the event, we repackaged the content into highlight videos, interviews, and editorial features distributed across newsletters, media, and social platforms.
This extended the campaign’s reach and kept WeScale visible long after the event, reinforcing its leadership in the French enterprise technology market.
