The challenge

Thoughtworks was already one of the most established brands in the enterprise software and platform engineering space. However, their market perception relied heavily on an older generation of thought leaders within the company. While they had deep credibility, there was no structured go-to-market approach to connect their brand strength to measurable pipeline growth. They needed a way to refresh their executive voice, reach new audiences, and translate their reputation into tangible business results.

We then identified and coached a new wave of executive speakers, shaping their messaging and talk strategy to reinforce this narrative across every stage and roundtable.

The new narrative was rolled out across 25+ events, blog posts, and newsletter features, anchored by Rickey Zachary's contributions to the State of Platform Engineering Report and the DORA 2025 report that Thoughtworks co-sponsored with Google Cloud. We are now expanding into AI and platform engineering, building on the DORA finding that platforms are essential for AI success and developing into a sustained narrative across platforms, AI in the SDLC, and AI-native infrastructure.
